Here is a video of the most recent example of a cop's badge going to his head as he decides to beat and pepperspray a handcuffed man who is defenseless. Why? Probably because he's not white. Why doesn't somebody ask this cop?http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=5886719
